At Healthy Meals Direct, we're delivering and serving up grab and go meals for all of Long Island. We currently have many locations across Long Island. We know Long Islanders are always on the move but that doesn't mean they can't eat healthy. All our meals are made fresh each day for our customers to enjoy. How do I manage my delivery using UPS MY CHOICE®?


Log in to UPS.com, then enter your tracking number and select Track. After that, follow the prompts for whichever feature you wish to use.

What if I am not home during my delivery time window?


For "Local Delivery" orders, deliveries can be made if you are not home, however, we do recommend that the meals be put into the refrigerator as soon as possible, as we do not provide a cooling element within the box. 

For "Shipping" orders, UPS will send you tracking information via email.  Through the UPS My Choice® For Home you can select a local drop off that you can divert your order to and pick it up from there.

Order pick up is Sunday at the selected location at time of your order. Please review your order confirmation to see which location you chose. If your meal package arrives at the store prior to Sunday, our team will let you know via text, email or phone call.
